A. V. M established in 1979 at Amravati with aim of giving service to mankind in form of free health care, diagnostic camp, eye camp, vaccination camp, old age home and education

Till now many Health camp have been arranged including Cateract (Eye) operation camp.

Priyadarshani English Convent is catering education towards Poor class People.

In 1989 Smt Dr. Shakuntala Pralhad Tekade took voluntary retirement from the post of Teacher and started old age home at Pandharpur District - Solapur by name of Ramkrishna Hari Vridhasharam in 1992.

Since 1994 this old age home is run by A. V. M and managed by Dr. Smt. Shakuntala Tekade

About 40 inmates are provided with food, health care and many more facilities like Library, Garden Free of cost

In 2018 old age home has been shifted to Jijau Nagar near New Karad Naka Pandharpur in new building
